CRIME FICTION

Andrew wrote two excellent crime/mystery thrillers, The Liverpool Packet in 1998 and Dog Kennel Hill, finished just months before he died in 2021. He was planning to spend his retirement writing many more but sadly illness overtook him.

His output may be modest but Andy's works of fiction are wonderfully composed, fast paced and entertaining yet thoughtful and introspective, and give a tantalising glimpse at his creative style. The Liverpool Packet is already for sale (see below) and Dog Kennel Hill is looking at a 2024 release.

This absorbing and fast paced crime/mystery thriller sees London based QC Christopher Kingston return to his native Liverpool to solve the decades old murder of his cousin April back when they were teenagers in the 1970s.

“Beautifully written, intelligently constructed and with just the correct amount of humour” - Peter Turnbull, crime writer and author of the Hennessey & Yelland and P Division series.
